Mark & Eleri

When we get a message about a wedding down west, we get a little bit excited. West Wales is one of our favourite places to photograph a wedding day. Whether it's a tipi, marquee on a farm or a converted barn, the vibe of the day is always totally different to a manor house or hotel wedding. Often more chilled, a looser timeline and all about having a good party and gathering of all the best people. The Tipi for the celebrations was set up on a very particular field, a place special in Eleri's heart. Eleri grew up here, roaming the fields as a child so it's full of many fond memories, especially that huge oak tree.

The day started like many, lots of laughter, excitement and banter from the lads. The ladies got pampered at Eleri's stunning family home, while the boys got suited and booted a stone throw away at one heck of a rental pad at The Knights Rest before heading to the Church for the big I do's.

Food, speeches and family formals done, they threw one heck of a party with Magnette DJ's providing some wicked floor filling sounds to keep everyone on their feet dancing the night away. The night couldnt have ended better for us with the most glorious of golden sunsets in the distance, so ofcourse we had to make the most of it with some lush shots of Eleri and Mark.
